The business, property and affairs of the Company are managed by the Chief Executive Officer under the direction of the Board of three Directors. The Board is led by the Executive Chairman. The Board has responsibility for establishing broad corporate policies and for overall performance and direction of the Company. Members of the Board stay informed of the Company’s business by participating in Board and committee meetings, by reviewing analyses and reports sent to them regularly, and through discussions with the Chief Executive Officer and other officers.

The Board of Directors currently consists of three directors.
